As of Monday, April 8, 2024, online access to Fulton, Georgia criminal and civil records has been restored by the court. The backlog of Fulton County searches is cleared and turnaround times are returned to normal. As a reminder, online access to Fulton County records became unavailable on Monday, January 29, 2024 due to a technical issue with the court’s information system. On Monday, February 12, 2024, criminal records became available via the court’s public access terminals (PATs), however, civil records remained unavailable.
